PRESCHOOL DIRECTOR

Plantation Christian Preschool of Plantation, Florida is looking for a preschool director to administer our church-related preschool of approximately 50-60 children starting July 2024 (with earlier start date possible depending on circumstances). 

We are looking for a mature follower of Jesus Christ to handle day-to-day operations and administration of the preschool. Responsibilities include: supervise teachers, develop program plans, adhere to state and county regulations, prepare budgets, register students and communicate with families. This is a preschool only (no daycare) with operating hours of 8:30am-1:45pm.

This is a salaried position requiring 25-30 hours a week during the school year and 3-4 hours a week as needed during the summer. Please see the attached job description for more details.

SOUND TECHNICIAN

Plantation Community Church of Plantation, Florida is looking for a part-time sound technician to serve a congregation of about two hundred in weekly worship. We are looking for a mature follower of Jesus Christ to run the sound for our Wednesday evening rehearsals and Sunday morning services (9:00 traditional service and 10:30 contemporary service).

 The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of sound equipment (sound board; microphones; wireless equipment; etc.). They will be able to mix sound live, engineer live stream audio, and record events as requested. They will be able to work well with the musicians and live stream personnel. They will be able to troubleshoot and/or purchase new equipment as needed and will be continually looking for ways to improve sound quality.

 The position requires two hours on Wednesday nights to run sound for the praise team and choir rehearsals and four hours on Sunday mornings (8am-Noon) to set up and rehearse musicians for Sunday and run sound for both services.
