SOUND TECHNICIAN

Plantation Community Church of Plantation, Florida is looking for a part-time sound technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of sound equipment (sound board; microphones; wireless equipment; etc.). They will be able to mix sound live, engineer live stream audio, and record events as requested. They will be able to work well with the musicians and live stream personnel. They will be able to troubleshoot and/or purchase new equipment as needed and will be continually looking for ways to improve sound quality.

 The position requires two hours on Wednesday nights to run sound for the praise team and choir rehearsals and four hours on Sunday mornings (8am-Noon) to set up and rehearse musicians for Sunday and run sound for both services.
