PCC NURSERY
Located in the building across from the Sanctuary, the PCC Nursery is the home for our littlest church attenders. We have babies through 3-year-old toddlers (not potty-trained) attend our nursery during the 10:30 AM contemporary service. Below are the procedures we have put in place to make sure you and your little ones have the safest and best experience possible!
Our volunteers:
Wash their hands frequently.
Clean and disinfect frequently used surfaces.
Are required to stay home if sick or showing any symptoms.
We require our parents:
To drop-off infants/toddlers outside the nursery door. The nursery opens 15 minutes prior to services and other scheduled events.
To keep infant/toddler if they are sick (coughing, fever, diarrhea, vomiting, yeast infection or thrush, infected wounds, boils, ringworms, runny nose with green or yellow discharge, communicable eye infections, contagious skin rash, croup, mumps, measles, chicken pox, or if they have been on antibiotics within the past 24 hours).
To note at the check-in table whether they would like diapers changed or not (we want to honor the requests of the parents! If the parent chooses not to have diapers changed, we will text or call as needed for it).
To pick up their infants/toddlers with the matching security name tag (if lost, we will use the parents’ driver’s license to confirm. We follow this procedure for the safety of the children!).
Children are to be brought to the nursery by their parent(s) and will only be released to their parent(s) when they present their sticker that matches the child’s sticker.
Parents should pick up their children immediately following the service or event.
Children should not bring personal toys to the nursery. (Diaper bags, bottles, and sip cups are welcomed however!)
We are very serious both about security and cleanliness in the PCC Nursery. We background check every volunteer serving in the nursery and caring for our children.
For any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Shannon Coody, our Nursery Coordinator or contact the church office.
